Me and Dr. Kirsten Deutschlander at the 14th World Water Conference

I met this fascinating researcher at the 24th World Water Conference held in Bad Sudan, Germany.
This young girl took the stage and announced in a steady voice that water was changing the whole science of medicine.
People today, including most researchers, do not know enough about water
And do not fully understand how they can be the key to our health.
This article does not come to tell you why it is important to drink water and how much water to drink during the day …

Turns out there is water and there is water … what does that mean?
There is a huge difference between regular tap water and built-in water taken straight from springs.
Dr. Kirsten is researching the effect that drinking spring water has on our health.
She said that in a study she conducted, she gave her clinic to 2 groups of subjects to drink a liter and a half of structured water a day.
This was the only instruction in the experiment. No special diet, no specific activity …
Just drink water.
One group – people with high stress who suffer from depression, pain, difficulty sleeping and more … Second group – “normal” people with an average stress level.
By the way, the subjects were given to drink structured water from various springs …
Its purpose was to test the effect of drinking structured water and not necessarily drinking of specific spring water.

What happened after 12 weeks

What happened after 12 weeks was amazing!
In both groups of subjects there was a significant reduction in the reduction of antioxidants in the blood, which actually reduces the chance of chronic diseases.
Among subjects who suffered from depression there was suddenly a desire to move more, a desire for physical activity.
Some subjects reported a reduction in pain from which they suffered.
Dr. Kirsten saw that there was an improvement in blood pressure and sugar levels.
Spontaneously the subjects suddenly wanted to eat healthier and improve their lifestyle.
In addition, there was an improvement in most subjects’ ability to concentrate and creativity.
This simple study shows, without a doubt, that we should treat drinking water just as a medicine.
Dr. Kirsten showed how drinking structured water can work wonders in our health and general well-being.
At the end of her lecture, I approached her and asked

And what do those who do not live in Europe do? What will those who do not live near a spring drink?

And by the way, the mineral water in the plastic bottles we buy and are sure to be healthy … it is not of the same quality as the built-in water whose effect was tested by Dr. Kirsten.
